Pleasant accommodation with unbeatable setting near to the railway station and the town centre, the main shopping street and Görlitz. Amicable, excellent people working here. Fairly quiet and bright room plus a mini-fridge-bar, an individual safe, and central heating. A bathtub in the bathroom.

I really enjoyed my stay here—every detail was just right! the breakfast was fantastic, with plenty of food to choose from. 😊.

Nice hotel walk from a train station. Bright guest room, very comfy beds. Well-equipped bathroom with a tub. Very central location, at a moderate distance from Berzdorfer See. Found in the pedestrian area.

The bed here was super comfy, and the room was big and practical. the bathroom was spacious, boasting a large shower. Moreover, this place is conveniently located in the center, and it's just a stone's throw away from the iconic Dicker Turm.

The breakfast here was amazing, with a wide variety of delicious food 🍳. the location is great, pretty close to Park im Andrew Blachanca. Plus, there's a train station within walking distance, which is super convenient!

I absolutely loved the charming decoration of Hotel Europa. The boutique style and attention to detail really made me feel like I was in a special place. The skylights over the bed added a touch of romance, and the comfortable easy chairs in the room were perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. As a senior woman, I appreciated that the hotel had a lift, making it easy for me to access all areas of the hotel. Moreover, the hotel's proximity to the train station and the availability of trolleys right in front made it very convenient for me to explore the city.

If I had to suggest one improvement for a better vacation experience for senior people, it would be to ensure that the rooms facing the street have better soundproofing. On a warm day, it was quite noisy with the window open, making it difficult for me to sleep.

Located in the heart of the city, this hotel is perfectly situated for exploring the pedestrian area, with easy access to Görlitz rail station and the train station. the friendly staff speaks some English and is always ready to assist. Rooms are equipped with a mini bar, TV, and comfortable beds with pillows. the fantastic breakfast buffet includes a variety of hot and cold dishes with an excellent quality and taste. With a lovely roof balcony, the hotel offers a great view of the city's skyline.

The rooms can be a bit hot during the summer months without air conditioning.

The room had a really bad smell that wouldn't go away, which was quite unpleasant. We had to leave the windows open all the time, but that let in a lot of noise from the street, which was also a bit of an issue.
